About

Kate’s accent modification and reduction training incorporates highly personalized lessons to ensure that the needs of each client are met. Her patient, approachable and compassionate teaching style allows clients to benefit from incredibly effective and enjoyable services that result in personal and professional success.

Kate Grossman holds a Masters of Arts degree from Hofstra University in Speech-language Pathology. She is a certified trainer in the Compton PESL Accent Modification Method, a research-based accent reduction technique. In addition, she is certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities in New York State. Kate holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
